Excellent IT organisations have in place vendor agreements that define the services, delivery time frames, and service expectations. All agreements are coupled with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that is regularly monitored against actual performance.
- Review of existing vendor agreements to ensure services are aligned to actual performance.
- Vendor assessments and vendor management scorecard development.
- Provide templates and a framework for developing detailed SLA's coupled with identified performance measures (i.e. KPI’s).
