OUR CONSULTANTS

Steve Pitt, is the founder and a partner in eSight and is one of our Principal Consultants. He has over 30 years of senior management and IT experience, working with financial services software start-ups such as the NASDAQ-listed Ultradata Corporpation in the United States to Australian entities such as CUSCAL and Bridges Financial Services to ASX 200 listed financial services companies such as TOWER and Australian Wealth Management Limited.

Steve holds a BA (Hons) in Management from St Mary's College in California and has the following professional affiliations:

John Dedes, is a Partner in eSight and one of our Principal Consultants. He has more than 20 years of senior business management with a particular focus on helping companies extract operational processing efficiences from their people and technologies. His career has focussed primarily in financial services with companies such as Bridges Financial Srevices, Australian Wealth Management,CUSCAL and Resi Mortgage Corporation.

John is a CPA and holds a BA Commerce (Accounting), has a diploma in Accounting, Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is RG146 compliant.

Ian Shaw is a Senior Associate Consultant with over 30 years experience in financial services in both leadership and project management. Ian's speciality is funds management, having held roles of CFO, Finance Manager and Investment Operations Manager. He has a focus on process improvement and controls implementation in financial operations and is experienced in all facets of unit pricing, compliance, risk management and corporate governance.

Ian is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Secretary and holds the following qualifications:

Neal Hornsby is a Senior Associate Consultant with over 25 years experience in financial services in senior leadership and project management roles. Neal's speciality is financial services with particular attention on the optimisation of business process, risk management and reporting through the use of policy, process and, where applicable, systems within the regulatory environments.

Neal has the following qualifications:

John Thornborough is a Senior Associate Consultant with an extensive background as a management consultant and line manager. His experience spans both business and ICT. John has been CIO for leading Professional Services organisations in Australia, Europe, and United States and Managing Partner for a major Australian management consulting organisation. John has successful delivered solutions to more than 60 clients across both public and private sectors. He is a specialist in strategy and governance and is passionate about delivering business value by aligning ICT outcomes with business goals.
